Grade 3 Year-End Assessment

This Year-End Assessment is available exclusively to registered CAP Kids students and is aligned with the Department of Education’s requirements for home education. It includes formal assessments for the four compulsory subjects: English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, and Life Skills.

All assessments are marked by SACE-registered teachers, ensuring a high standard of evaluation and compliance with educational regulations.

Please note: An end-of-phase assessment is required by the Department of Education for all home-educated learners. However, it does not have to be completed through CAP Kids Educational Resources. That said, assessments completed through CAP Kids are fully recognised and accepted by the Department of Education as meeting the required standards.
